Not everything is the same

Hey everyone is so good to see you all again. I heard about this man, that's has a field with a lot of plants that gave him some fruits and now came the time to harvest and this man decide to hire some people to help him. On the morning, he gets a guy and pay him $20.00; At noon he gets another guy and pays him $20.00; three o'clock in the afternoon, the man get one more person and pays him another $20.00 and final 5:00 pm he gets the last helper and pays him to guess how much? Exactly the same, $20.00.

By the end of the day, the other helpers start to complain: "what? That is not fair, the first one works 12 hours, the second one works 6 hours, the third person works 4 hours only, and the fourth works only 2 hours". The man answer: "this is my money and I can do anything I want with, so I decide to be generous, please let me be".

The point is that some of us works very hard and take longer than others for the end of a journey and get the same results as others that work much less. Some people have more experience than us, more wisdom, more expertise, more patience, more persistence than others.

Other people take more time, have more struggles, more arguments, more comprehensive studies than others.

Most people know just how to complain and do not joying the journey until getting to destiny. I understand that is hard to see you work more than others and get the same product, same amount or even less amount than others such, and you end up saying "this is not fair". So, go through the training, educating your self, get the boot camp and study, looking for resources, prepared yourself and you go make what is fair, because if you pay attention, those helpers did not get the same amount of money, the ones that work less make much more money than the first helper. Maybe the last helper was more prepared and more qualified than the others.

This an interesting analogy and certainly has got me thinking about how I manage my time here at W.A. I need to push myself more to get some real results and also take frequent breaks even if they are only short ones. Growth mindset, Patience .. Perseverance and Persistence here I come!!! Thanks.

Great story!
It's so true. We have to prepare for a long
marathon. There will be some who will run faster
than us and win faster than us. But that doesn't mean
that we will not succeed. We must run or walk at our own pace,
without complaining. Then if we want to run or walk
faster, we just have to ask our friend to teach us how to do it,
and to train until we get there.
Because the finish line will not move, it will always stay in
the same place. It's up to us to reach it without complaint.

Thanks for your great post!
