4 Important Lessons
It is the weekend. As we've all heard (operative word is heard), all work and no play make Johnny (or Janie) a dull boy (girl). So with that in mind, do you want to help me make some of these????
These pieces are all made from pencils. While they ARE interesting, I can't imagine how much time they took. I understand that art is in the eye of the observer but........ My thoughts are:
-someone is VERY creative
-someone has WAY too much time on their hands
However, they DO come with a lesson:
A PENCIL MAKER TOLD THE PENCIL 4 IMPORTANT LESSONS JUST BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE BOX :
1.) EVERYTHING YOU DO WILL ALWAYS LEAVE A MARK.
2.) YOU CAN ALWAYS CORRECT THE MISTAKES YOU MAKE.
3.) WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS WHAT IS INSIDE OF YOU.
4.) IN LIFE, YOU WILL UNDERGO PAINFUL SHARPENINGS, WHICH WILL ONLY MAKE YOU BETTER.
I love art and do love to create but these are NOT on my bucket list for the weekend, however, I WILL remember the lessons. What about you?

Creativity has no bounds! 🙂 They ARE interesting and are good conversation starters. Yet, the same can be said of my abstract art I guess. Everyone sees through their own filters so what is beautiful to one is weird to another.
I hope you're having a good, relaxing weekend.
Of course what kind of world would we be living in if all had the same views. Know certainly not one I would want to be a part of.

You're right. I love variety but not only that we NEED variety to make the world go round. Consider the world as a body. What if we were all arms?????
I haven't relaxed much either. I've been working on many projects. I haven't even painted yet!!! It's been what -- 2 weeks?

This is a fun post and I like these creations. When I saw the first photo, I thought now this is an interesting and exotic flower I should put on my Pinterest board Mother Earths treasures.
Ok, it is a pencil composition but as you say somebody was very creative, well done.
