Beautiful Sunset

I recently wrote a blog post entitled "Beautiful Sunrise"! Today I was driving home and witnessed a beautiful sunset so I thought is only fair to shae some of the shots I took with my iPhone.

I have found in recent months that it is very nurishing to the spirit and to the soul to appreciate and express gratitude for the miracles happening around us every day. How many of you love nature? DO you know someone that doesn't?

In this day and age we spend way too much time at computers, on phones and tablets or watching TV, myself included. It even has an impact on how we sleep or more importantly our lack of DEEP sleep.

When you sleep deeply your unconscious mind is able to commune with the youe of this material world and that is good for you.

Ok, the sunset...

I don't want this to be a blog about my message on the SOUL... which I am very passionate about. I just want you to make me a promise... wil you do that?

Take ten minutes of your day, find something beautiful in nature and just look at it. Take a deep breath, take in the beauty, be quiet... should have told you to leave your phone behind. lol

If you are still just for a few moments and take in the beauty you will feel the connect to it. That my friends is your soul, say hello and commune with it.

Now that you know how to get in touch maybe you will take a few moments a few times week, better yet daily. That communion with your soul will reveal things to you. That is who you are. Your purpose is there, too.

My WA freinds it is my intent to spread the good news of the soul in all I do. No matter where you are from what you were taught, what you look like are what you have, we are all connected.

We are all more alike than we are different. Be grateful for what you DO have and let go of anxiety and stress about what you DON'T. I wish you well and I am willing to help in any way I can, so do not hesitate to ask.
