im trying to get into my back office and its asking for a wedsite.
once you have a domain you need to add wordpress to it ..
if you goto websites>>sitemanager and at the top is a build your site ...
choose 'on a domain i own' and select the domain you have purchased...and carry on through hte process...
unless you want to move the contents of a siterubix onto the domain...
in which case goto websites>>sitemanager and click on the 'move' button and choose the domain you purchased...
and all the contents wil lbe moved across for you...
Thank you. Question: how do i move a domain page from site rubix,com to my purchased domain name? I have an about me page from a previous domain and would like to transfer it to my purchased domain.
if you goto websites>>sitemanager
then on the siterubix site you want to move the whole contents from click on the move button...
and select the domain you want to move it to...
and click on hte accept that it will overwrite everything on the domain.....

You may follow up the training step by step at your own pace, I tend to do a bit of learning, a bit of implementing. Ticking checklists bottom of lessons, tasks and activities asked of you to complete in order to set up properly and guide you through the process.

I would contact site support. Did you write correct user name and password? Be careful that you are not using Caplocks.

Hi, I would chose Yes, Not listed and Other to get to site support, this has now been posted in the community classrooms (see image below)
