Most of us here at Wealthy Affiliate have spent a lot of time and many dollars before we found the Wealthy Affiliate platform, avidly seeking any way possible to earn just one dollar from internet marketing!

At some point, we have all been introduced to the concept of becoming an Affiliate Marketer, and I'm sure everyone will agree, the training here at WA has given us all the first gasp of hope that it might just be possible!

Perhaps I am a little ahead of myself and for some of the newer WA members, however in the 4 plus years I have been trying to set up an internet business, just about all the 'GURUS' who convinced me they were the best, had one recommendation in common...

CREATE YOUR OWN PRODUCT!

If you have a business selling information products, then you need to create a lot of products. This includes lead magnets, tripwires, main offers, upsells, backend products and the list goes on...it sounds like stocking your sales funnel could take a long time!

Surely, the best product you could ever have is YOUR OWN! It really is easier to do than you might think!

I think we have all realized by now, it's not easy to get up and running without some down and dirty hard work! And that’s why I would like to share some of the ideas that have been presented to me over time. Hopefully I will be able to present some ideas for you to think about, and hopefully you will start to sew the seeds in your mind as to how you can start to create your own information product. And most importantly...learn how much better it is to work smarter and not harder!

PRODUCE YOUR OWN WEBINAR

The beauty of producing your own webinar is that you are able to get multiple products out of it!

Product 1...The Live Webinar.

Live events are usually considered to be premium products. You can sometimes charge money for people to attend your webinar, however, from the start as a beginner, I would suggest you make the first few webinars free for people to attend. Once you have established yourself and / or you are able to present a celebrity or well know person in your field to a webinar, perhaps then you might be able to charge for the event. One of the greatest benefits conducting a live webinar is that you are able to offer a question and answer session at the end of the webinar, which you can frame as group coaching!

Product 2...The Recordings To The Webinar.

The recordings of your webinar can be used as an order-form upsell to those who purchase the webinar (or you can offer the recordings as a sweet bonus). Of Course, you could also sell these recordings as a stand alone product!

Product 3...The Webinar Transcripts.

These also work as fantastic upsells or bonuses for those who attend the webinar itself. You can also use these transcripts, in whole or in part, as lead magnets or stand alone paid products. If your webinar covers multiple tips or topics, you could edit out part of the recording and use that as a lead magnet or a tripwire to get prospects interested in purchasing the entire webinar or webinar series!

Product 4...Splinter an Existing Product

The idea behind this strategy is to take one of your existing products, edit out a portion of it, and then sell this splintered portion individually or use it as a lead magnet. Here are a few examples:

• You might have a 'I Am The Best Internet Marketing Guru In The World' training video course. You can splinter off each video module and sell it individually.
• You might have an eBook on the topic of 'I Am The Best Internet Marketing Guru In The World'. You could edit out each chapter, and then sell the chapter as a tripwire product. You might have a home-study course on the topic of Building A Date Base. You could splinter off the part of the training that focuses on How To Use An Autoresponder and sell this topic separately.
• You might have an e-course which includes coaching. You could sell the curriculum for the course.
• You have a series of webinar recordings. You could edit out one or two of the recordings and sell them separately.
• These are fast ways to create new products...and all you have done is ONE WEBINAR! The possibilities are endless!
• However, the greatest advantages are that the splintered products will naturally lead to your main product.! And that means you’re creating a product with a backend sales opportunity already built into it!

A few weeks ago, Kyle gave me permission to create my own webinar to promote the Wealthy Affiliate platform. I am currently in the process of putting this webinar together. It has taken me a bit longer to do than I thought it would...my goal is to have it completed and ready to air on December 1st 2016.

As soon as it is finished and when I know the exact date and time, I will let the WA community know so you can listen in. I will be recording the webinar as well, and it will of course be available to all WA members!
