Is there any way to create a way to be able to delete notifications on our dashboards?

WHAT A PAIN!

So, how DO our notifications "go away"?? Drop off? When the box explodes? After we die?
I would REALLY love to clean out my notification box as I cannot find new notifications or wade through the trash for the treasure!

;(

You can mark them as read by checking them and then going to the actions button and hit mark as read, you can also remove yourself from the discussion so you do not get any more notifications on that particular discussion.
Also go under options and it will give you some more check boxes, you can change what kind of notifications you get, but I am pretty sure you cannot delete any.
I can only go back a year on my read ones so it looks like after a year they start to fall off.

You can't currently delete specific notifications from the list on your dashboard. If you want to control what email notifications you receive, then you can do that in Account Settings in the main menu. Rich.

Thank you Rich. Kyle explained to me how to do it to where I don't see the messages. He said he is going to check into making it a way to permanently delete them.

Most welcome! :)
