Never Underestimate the Importance of Good Support
Well, that is so true when talking about great technical support. There is also a saying which goes something like, "you learn by your mistakes". No truer word has ever been spoken!
I recently had a bad experience with Hostgator and wanted to put it out there, in case any of you were thinking about using them. Without going into too much detail, suffice it to say that we are incredibly lucky to have the support that we do here at WA!
I mean, think about it: where else do your support issues get responded to within a matter of minutes? Try calling Hostgator - I dare you! First off, with the recent chaos caused by Hurricane Harvey, Hostgator are simply not answering calls. Try their live chat. You'll undoubtedly get the everything-appears-to-be-fine-on-our-end response, and end up even more frustrated than when you first contacted them.
Those are really the only options you have: live chat or calling them. You don't have any option of logging a support ticket; only Hostgator customer service representatives can do that. And when they do, don't expect a response for at least a few hours (if not a day or so).
We are truly blessed to have such a great support team here at WA! These guys are not only super quick to respond to a support ticket but they are extremely knowledgeable.
You just can't beat that. WA Support, you guys ROCK!

I'm not going into any detail. But my experience with Hostgator was no better than yours. I'm well shot of 'em.
It's unfortunate that so many companies either don't understand the importance of customer support or just don't care.
WA Site Support is beyond incredible!!!

Stephen - Absolutely correct. Not only does WA support rock, but guess what else. You can even reach the owners here if you have a special problem. Thanks Carson for your prompt replies!
Hi Patrick, you're spot on! How awesome is that?
