Just Discovered I Had a Borderline Eating Disorder
Well this title might boggle you a bit, but I've just been in hospital for 2 and half months being fed up. To the nines...
I normally eat to keep my skin clear and go raw vegan when my skin gets bad.
However, for the past 3 years whenever my skin flares up in the slightest, I get malnourished within 3 months of going raw vegan and end up in hospital.
I wouldn't call it anorexia nervosa, because I'm not bent on losing weight and getting thin. I don't have body dysmorphia either. I like being slightly curvy.
My belly could do with getting flatter, but then I'm not obsessed with it...
However, eating salads for lunch and dinner for almost 3 months clears my skin, but then I get low in B12, iron and even lower amounts of Vitamin D.
So this time, when the scabby patch of eczema flared on my foot, I plastered it with French green Argiletz clay, wrapped it in cling film, followed by a sock and left on overnight.
Rinsed off, applied Aloe Vera Gelly and Propolis Creme, then followed by a clean sock.
The scab is getting thinner and I'm looking forward to next month without so much as a scar.
As for the borderline eating disorder, I will be eating red meat once a week to keep from getting spaced out and tired.
So am back with a vengeance.

I recent;y came across a series of nutrition videos by Jay Feldman, all free to see on YouTube. It's an update on the nutritional info, that if more than 10 years old is probably wrong. Yeah, that happens every few years. It's specifically about eating for energy. You might enjoy some of these. Cheers.
Aloe vera in combination with propolis will really help you, proven.
I wish you a speedy recovery….
Thankyou, I'm actually a Forever Living Business owner as well, so can get my hands on some...
That's great, my friend works for Forever living and I've tried some of their products and I'm really impressed.🥰
I'm taking one day at a time...most months I'm okay, but running low and malnourished needs to be avoided.

Sorry to hear about this Stella...
Get well soon my friend!
Thank you. Good thing is that the malnourishment is usually shortlived. I also never get so low in weight to cause worry. Normally just lose 14 lbs...
As long as it isn't too extreme then...
Do take care of yourself my friend!! :-)
