Your Crazy!!! You Will Never Make Money Online!!!!
I was talking to some of the guys at work today and was telling them I was gonna be working online again. OMG you would swear I just grew a third eye. Im sure they all thought I was about to start selling them the latest greatest weight loss program or something.
Well I think they were surprised because I didnt try and sell them anything. In fact after a couple minutes one of the guys finally asked. I told him it was as simple as writing about something you know or believe in.
Its all about education. When I explained Im taking a course thats equivalent or better than most University courses they were very much interested.
I had the guys listening when the one guy piped up and told everyone that I was crazy and no one makes money online. Well of course the other guys backed off at that point.
I had no problem saying no worries cause I really wasnt trying to sell them anything. Maybe eventually a couple of them will be interested in WA but for now Im just gonna focus and the time will come.
So just wondering how many of you have your friends laugh at you.

Hi.
I know people who sit and play xbox or minecraft all night - or watch all the TV soaps - that's what they do with their free time. Fine with me.
My "hobby" when my boys are off to bed, is spending time on my computer, programming, dabbling in music programming (again), etc. So if anyone did laugh at me trying things online, I would just say "what did you do last night"? If xbox etc is their thing, then good for them - I couldn't be happier for them. They'll feel they've accomplished something - the next mission, the next end of level baddie or whatever - I feel I've gained a little bit more knowledge about how I'm going to improve things for my family and eventually my friends.
So no-one laughs at me - cause I'm just "watching my soaps" or doing my thing.
I think also, as is mentioned in some of the comments and training - you don't want to spend time with people who don't get it, or who simply don't WANT to get it - rather spend time immersing yourself in a community of people who do get it, and do want it. That's why I'm here. That's why I hope everyone who spends time here finds the success they are looking for.
All the best, Mark
I agree. As long as people are happy with the way they spend their time then so be it. Like Kyle said most people dont even realize when they buy something from the internet that likely there is someone on the other end making money. Oh well every day is a new adventure for me and I love the adventures. I just hate that I had to be away for so long.
Yep, my family used to laugh, until I started pulling in $100 a week. Too bad people have such a set mindset that is so utterly WRONG.
It is funny how people react to "the Internet". They think somehow online business is different than the offline business world. It isn't. People buy the same stuff online as they do offline. Parents buy diapers and kids buy their video games. People get an education online, people buy assistants online, people work full time online, in fact, our team operates out of all countries in the world.
That is the NEW world. Many people don't believe it because they don't get it and that is our goal here..to educate everyone about the REAL opportunity and to show them the real path to create their own business (and yes, it is a real business within any niche).
The difference between the online world and the offline is the start-up costs for a business. Outside of the Premium membership here at WA, there are ZERO additional costs to run a business. That means that for $359 per year, you could run a fully scalable and actually, several very successful businesses.
In the offline world, $359 won't even buy a client an nice meal and you are looking at $10,000 minimum to start anything, even a gumball machine business.
I've shared some of the knowledge I've gained here at work. For instance, we will be looking at a website and I'll tell them how something was done. They go, "whoa, cool. Can you tell us more." Or something like that. Have fun teaching and proving them wrong. All the best.
Never had this kind of thing happen, but I do see the doubt in people's eyes. To them this kind of stuff is like some sort of enigma that can't be solved. So I know the feeling. On the flip side though, it's less competitors and more reason to invest in IM :)

Everyone thinks what is on the internet is a scam. Unfortunately there are many scams out there but there are the few diamonds in the rough like WA that work and you can achieve success. Thanks for sharing.
