Video Animation - Easy Sketch Pro likely a scam
Dear WA friends,
I came across Easy Sketch Pro as I search from WA blog that a few people recommended this product and as I watched their video I decided to give it a try.
I asked their support via Facebook where they can support MacBook on OS 10.7.5 and their response was it will work on any MacBook. Of course, I asked other questions as well before I purchase the product.
After I placed the order, Easy Sketch Pro brought me to a page call http://mydotcombusiness dot com (remove the spacing and replace dot with ".").
Straight away I know this doesn't sound right and this guy Paul starts to sell his products to me and asking me to buy.....blah blah blah.....Very typical of a scammer. I cannot deduce that he is a scammer as I don't want to go deeper into his selling speech.
As I tried to download the software, the version from Mac must be at least 10.9 That really ticks me off as I got the message from them it works on the Mac. Previously I asked very clearly that my Mac OS version is 10.7.5 and their response says it work. So, I am stuck and I can't use.
Right now, I told Paypal about this and I demanding for a full refund. Just want to let you guys be aware of this company - EasySketch Pro is definitely not so simple about selling a video animation software. They are trying to sell other things to you as well.

I just checked out a couple of review sites for this software and they all state it works with Mac...What version of this program did you buy, the recent reviews are for 3.0...
This is not a video editing creation/editing program I use or have heard of until your post, but the good thing is that if you bought through an affiliate network, you have that guarantee.
As you mention, PayPal is also a good way to pay, because they definitely have your back when it comes to not getting what you paid for.
Their clout is such the sellers will do what they should do and not try to screw you. I have availed myself if their assistance 2 times in the last year and got my money back quick!
There are other options out there for video creation and editing, I would do some looking around and even testing if they have some free trial periods (many do)...

My Mac version is 10.7.5
I asked their support and they told me it works on any Mac so I went ahead to purchase. After I purchased, the system told me the Mac version must be 10.9!!!!

Yup, I am. By the way, I get to know this name from WA search internally and I am sharing this with all WA friends that not everything recommended within WA is good - I don't mean the WA products itself but when you search certain things from search tool. One needs to test for yourself and be alert.
No worries, I am just sharing my experiences so that others who are contemplating whether to sign up should re-consider.

It is. I had it before and hated the software. I knew what I wanted in video animations and it's nothing close to good.
