I tried to move my website to siteground by using the SG migration plugin. But it doesn't work. The Error message is:
cURL error 7: couldn't connect to host

This is an issue that SiteSupport would deal with, have you tried to submit the issue to SiteSupport at:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Make sure you include that is to do with your website.

Yep that's correct - cURL is a disallowed function here, because enabling cURL on a server causes security risks. If you wish to migrate to SiteGround then you must make a manual backup of the site & transfer it over, but of course since it is SiteGround you are moving to, it should be SiteGround that assist you with the transfer. Be aware though that when you move to SiteGround you will lose out on SiteSupport assistance, SiteComments, SiteSpeed, SiteProtect & SiteSecurity.
