I have read a book from a Coach who does Personal Development . Below is the summary of the Book ...

If everything is energetic in essence in this universe, everything vibrates at a certain frequency , everything therefore follows the same laws of the physics of waves and vibrations.

Everything in the universe is entangled , meaning that there’s no real distance between one thing and another , a condition known as non locality. When you apply non locality and the entanglement theory , to the human mind , it can explain synchronicity , as well as telepathy. It started with the big bang , the moment at the beginning of time when our universe was created from a cosmic explosion. Everything was entangled until being out from the cosmic womb creation . Somehow , non locality has persisted , and when we focus attention on events or people , it manifests in synchronicity .- it’s not a far leap to see how seemingly unconnected elements are “affected. “

Nature tends to bring things that resonate in harmony together as the benefit of being in a state of coherence is that it uses zero energy to maintain. Nature always looks for more harmony and more flow with maximum energy conservation . Looking at the world through the eyes of a vibration universe bringing things of same frequency that resonates together makes sense.
