Exercise for your tired eyes
If you have to sit endless hours in front of a computer or TV, it can really be bad for your eyes. Dryness, itchiness, headaches, blurred vision — sounds familiar? Unfortunately, not all of us can afford to regularly go offline for a much needed break.
See it from the Bright Side for everything in life there is a solution. In Pranic- healing we have exercises for the eyes. You can do them with no fuss in under 15 minutes. Try doing them at least from time to time, and you’ll really notice the difference!
Gaze into the darkness
(It’s not as ominous as it sounds.) Put your elbows on the table. Close your eyes and cup them with your palms. Relax and gaze into the darkness. Hold this position count to 20 slowly.
Side to Side Eye Movement
Sit up straight. Look straight ahead. Without moving your head, move your eyes to the left count to five... Then move your eyes to the right and count to five....repeat it 12 times.
Up and Down Eye Movement
Sit up straight and look ahead. Then look up hold it count to 5 than look down count to 5 repeat it 12 times. Don’t be afraid to wrinkle your forehead or frown. Don't squeeze your eyes.
Moving Your Eyes Diagonally

Rolling Your Eyes in a Circle
Sit up straight and relax. Look to the left and slowly roll your eyes in a circle clockwise. Do it clockwise six-time and then counterclockwise six-times.
Near and Far Focus
Focus your eyes on your index finger. Hold the index finger 20 cm away from your eyes. Then look at something distant. Focus on that and try to see it in detail. Then look at the index finger again. Repeat this 12 times.
Massage #1
Close your eyes. Then squeeze your eyes tightly close for two to three seconds. Relax the muscles around your eyes. Squeeze your eyes and close your eyes again. Repeat 12 times.
Massage #2
Close your eyes. Gently massage your eyelids with circular motions. Press lightly. Don’t try to press too hard. Make 12 circular movements, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
This will help to relax your eyes.
Enjoy ....

Thanks Sylvia. I also take a break every 40 minutes or so and stretch my legs and massage my shoulders. It all helps. :)
your welcome, shoulders and legs are also important.
Since I work on the computer so many hours I go once a week to Kiro. That helps a lot.

I like some of the suggestions you make but with CP I find that I can't control the muscles to do those exercises
