Hello Friends

I am feeling more motivated than ever after 3 months here at WA. I have just spent the weekend away with 35 women on a choir retreat. It was, as you can imagine, so refreshing and motivating. To share your life with strangers and begin new friendships with women of all different ages is my kinda vibe. I was always anybody's friend and I don't think that will ever change. There is so much power in listening and relating to people with a mutual desire to respect one another.

There is one key ingredient that binds us and that is of course, music and our love to sing. Our song repertoire is varied and has included Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, ABBA Medley to Classical Hymns, Tribal songs and of course Broadway Musicals. So mix these moving songs together with the bonds that are formed and it makes for an intensive workout on one's heartstrings.

I am pleasantly encouraged to find that my ranking did not suffer too much over the past 3 days.

I will leave you with these few words..

As I said before, there is power in relating to people of like mind. I want you all to know that I am really chuffed to be here. I am so blessed to relate to you and encourage and be encouraged. I know it's still early days for me but I have been around long enough on this earth to know how important it is to love and be loved. Our two greatest needs, I believe.
