Does Amazon Really Suck?

I have been working for over a month creating content for my niche website and I am very happy with the process and what I have accomplished so far. I know that it will take time. I am already seeing some clicks on my website, but I had to learn that several of those were from me tweaking posts and adding affiliate links and then checking it out to see if it worked.

I am happy to report that I have made my first sale, but it did not come from my website. I posted an Amazon ad on my Facebook page and Viola; a friend bought a $10 product from Amazon through the affiliate link that I posted.

I am extremely happy to make my first sale, but not so happy about the $ .30 that I made on the sale. Yes, that's 30 cents. It is a bit bittersweet, but I am happy to see something happen though.

I feel like Bezos is laughing at me in that pic above.

Unfortunately, if a friend bought it from you, it might not count. I hope it all works out, but Amazon has ways of tracking that.
