Billing Support?
How do I contact any actual "people" in the billing area? I noticed that when re-signing-up that there was Discover Card pictured, but the drop down only listed Visa and MasterCard. I'd really love to use my Discover card but can't figure out how. I'd also like to see if I can change/define the day of the month my account is charged. any suggestions?

I cancelled my account after seeing that I have been charged on my credit card again not realizing that there was going to be an automatic renewal. I want to to be re-imbursed on my credit card for the full amount and not that my account will close in 352 days. Does anyone know how to get billing support or how to talk to anyone?
.. I am being billed twice every month for this membership.47.00 from my pay pal account and 47.00 from my checking account. This has been occurring since 03/10/14. Please issue a refund accordingly .

My debit went thru on the last day of the month and I did not make provision yet because I was expecting to deposit cash on the 1st of each month, so to prevent this from happening again I want you to debit my account only on the 7th of each month.
