Dear WA Diary 11/13/13
Well, it been about a month since I've been back in the fold of WA. I'm not real sure about the date as the joined date is the first time I joined a few years ago. I suppose I should go and look at the date my account was charged so I'l know for future reference.
This week I'll affectionately call Kick-in-the-Pants week. I was looking for some feedback on my site in chat. Someone old me a few things that I really did not want to hear. Imagine that! Well, it was probably one of the most productive comments I've had here at WA.
Sense then I have totally re-vamped the look and feel of my site. I've (albeit reluctantly) embraced the concept of blogs. I've eliminated all the what I thought were cool graphics. I've streamlined so many things and enhanced others. I'm quite proud of what I now have and in what I've accomplished.
So, to all you reviewers and helpers out there, Thanks! And keep on Kickin'!

The site is clear and crisp now. Your logo at the top right could be a little bigger, not much bigger, just a little bigger.
The site definitely has a more welcoming feel to it than your earlier version. You have mentioned your site's name 3 times in the left menu. I think you can remove the third instance and substitute "we" in the mission statement.
And don't be shy, don't say "we will be an informative resource". Say we "are" an information resource. Yep, it is going to be a good site. Well done. ~ Jude
