WA Site Support is My HERO!
Wealthy Affiliate's Site Support is my Hero.
I had an issue with my Wordpress website. I spent two days trying to trouble shoot the problem. Nothing I tried fixed the problem. Of course, I also was hoping that just maybe it would fix itself. It didn't.
This afternoon, I finally gave up and contacted Site Support.
About an hour later, they sent me a message saying to check my website. The problems were gone.
I wish that I would have contacted them sooner.
This is maybe the second or third time that I have used Site Support during the four years that I've been a member.
Each time, I was very pleased with:
1)The fact that they could fix my problem.
2) How fast they were able to respond.
WA's Site Support is a great benefit that comes with our membership.

It is great seeing comments like your that show that Site Support does a great job of assisting us. It wasn’t that I just got lucky and had a good person help me. They do a great job all of the time.

Good for you Sondra, I haven't had the need to use Site Support yet, but everyone that has, has always been ver impressed with their service and speed.

Be thankful that you have not needed them yet. But when the time inevitably comes, they are very willing to assist.
