I have a question in regards to a product that I have been using. is it possible to use this product
I am using a product called Fitline. Can I use this product in my website?

ONE niche, a website. Products and programs can be varied however all must be relevant to the niche.

You have a good start with 3 niche ideas here. Which one of your 3 ideas are you most passionate about? You will be writing content and helping people with your niche idea so the more you know about it already the easier it is. And if you know of its problems and know how to solve them that is even better. Otherwise you can do research online. You will be defining the audience you wish to help with your niche. Initially your scope will be narrow, but as you website grows you can expand its scope. Each niche needs to have its own website.
Your written content will be for a targeted audience to help them with information and product reviews.
So who do you wish to help and how with one of your niche ideas?
For example Exercise essentials for maintaining a healthy weight for women or men in their thirties.
Kyle always asks us to complete the following statement.
I want to help _____________ with _____________.
They are broad niches and need be narrowed down to a subcategory starting out, otherwise you will find it very hard to get noticed by the search engines and to compete with big authority sites.
You need aim for ONE focused niche with a specific group of people, I'd go with what's best resonates with me.
And so a niche subject is something you are passionate and genuinely interested in could be a hobby or an interest, and know so well you can write plenty original content about.
