Downloaded Flexible3 its one I used a while ago, but willing to try some others, thanks for your post.
Great stuff, I found a theme but I'm wondering how many times I will want to change it. There are just too many to choose from.
I've been addicted to themes for 10 years and have tried countless different ones. When I started I was taught to build a new niche site each month. I've built a lot of themes with dynamik and whatever they were before they tied in with Genesis. It finally boiled down to Genesis, GeneratePress, and SoloSteam. I like Studiopress themes on genesis because I can use them without a lot of changes. If I do want to change anything Genesis, the web is full of free tutorials. I like GeneratePress because I can get great speed and easily alter absolutely anything about the theme. I get the most use and the fastest sites with SoloStream themes. I've come to believe that the simpler the better, because it's easier to read and pay attention _ and be led to a conclusion. I find myself quickly clicking off of sites that are so covered with ads that my browser cant keep up with the loading. That's just me......
The amount of themes I went through to finally find something was a mini miracle for both my blogs. Many of the themes are actually similar and feel like repeats so it's difficult to find something unique. I never went the popular route in general and I actually do not even like some of these themes. I would expect a much better Top 10 but then people can be predictable in jumping on the bandwagon these days like new silly trends every season.
My theme is not in the list Zed. It amazed me that people still installed WP2012. I believe these are active sites we are referring to, aren't they?
Thanks for sharing.
Joe
Hi Joe,
Yep they are active sites ... More than that the TOP sites ...
And yes, I'm also amazed to see the Twenty series on the list ... And to not see a few other powerful themes in top 10 ...
