I would like to have all pages listed in categories rather than on the center of the main page so as to add photo,, adds,, bolder intro message
Create categories and make sure to assign them to your posts. Then create navigational items for each of the categories. Change your main page to a static page so that your posts will flow to the category menus instead.

A member asks me to view his blog & comment what is the simple way to find it as he doesn`t leave URL
If you go to any member's profile, their Blog is available as one of the headers across the top of the page, or, you'll see the most recent entries in the right hand sidebar.
