I have an account that was an email forward for a few days. I deleted it, and then created a regular email account. Now I can send from it, but do not recieve any emails to it<
Cool, to be honest if it is the internal email I would just be sending site support a support ticket. They are very goood and will have you sorted very soon.

Why am I not receiving email to my site email account?

Please assist me. I am using ATmail and I have not received any of my test messages from gmail. However, I can send messages. Please also check to see if I have missed any mess
That's crazy. Why would it see an error? You can do that from any other mail application. But no, I am sending from my gmail shaylalchevon@gmail.com to my domain email shaylalasalle@lalaads.com. I also tried from info@lalaads.com. I am not receiving any emails from either of my WA accounts
Are you trying to test your domain email forwarding? If so, you have to send from a different email than the one you're forwarding to. If you try to send and receive from the same email the system sees it as an error.

Have you tried forwarding the domain mail to a gmail account to see if that rectifies it? That could help. And again, just make sure that if you do that and want to test the forwarding you have to send from another email account than the one you're forwarding to. That's standard with email forwarding. Good luck!
Hi. Yes I know that. I am not using any forwards. I have been in IT for over 15 years. It’s not that. Site support just fixed it, it was something on their end. I don’t think outgoing was activated.
