I have just somehow accidentally changed the size of my text and pics on my site. How do I return it to its original size?

Going back through the training I have noticed that The Kraken Image optimizer is supposedly automatically downloaded. However ti isn't on my site. I already have an image opti
I have WWW image optimizer and additionally I always optimize images using https://tinypng.com/ before uploading them to my site.

I believe Kyle and Carson said it came with the new sites, so if yours is an older one, to wait.
Our older sites aren't optimized for it yet, and they'll be working on that for us.
