Do not let the weaknesses of Others dictate your Destiny

Hello my Fellow Entrepreneurs,

I would dearly love to talk about losing aspirations!

It can be so tempting to take the path of throwing in the towel as they say... Giving up!

The real struggle is that so many people face is that they feed off the weaknesses of others, instead of the strengths in people.

Everybody from all walks of life, have a weakness and we can choose to focus on that weakness or we can choose to focus on their strengths.

When we look to others for leadership and mentoring we can sometimes fall prone to identifying someone's shortcomings rather then their potential.

If we only look for people's weakness that is exactly what we will get.

It takes durability in any relationship to uncover the hidden talents and hidden qualities of a person.

Most people want to be happy and successful and law abiding!

Sometimes we just see negative because that is sometimes the most irritating thing that is being noticed.

But when we focus our attention to the irritating, that is highlighted and emphasised.

Do not let the weaknesses of others control your destiny.

Aim higher and start pointing out the qualities of a person rather then what irritates you.

Because ultimately nobody is totally perfect no matter how much success they see or demonstrate.

It takes hard mental work to think like a winner all the time and not fall over with self doubt, even when you are on top of the game.

So I am asking my WA members to remind ourselves that this community strives for achievements in self development and optimum success and it shows in so many obvious top notch blogs, business and websites that have been developed here.
