Being One Pea in a Pod- How Co-Design works better

Hello my Fellow Entrepreneurs,
I would like to touch base on an old saying 'You are One Pea In a Pod'
As I understand this saying it is referring to Co-design!
Co-existing
How you look at your life is like being a solitary 'Pea in a Pod"!
We as humans tend to forget that we are all 'Peas in a Pod'
Earth is our Pod even more to the point the Universe is our Pod.
And here comes some reasons to co-design.
When we share and collaborate peoples needs get met.

When we are able to trade our differences to gain another need that we can not provide for ourselves.
Co-design is now more than ever been used in settings like our Hospital Systems and Local Community Councils.
This is where people are invited to participate and share there personal opinions on how they would prefer to be treated as a client or consumer of those co-operations.
And quite often these are paid positions or paid surveys from those companies.
Being part of a greater agenda for the profit of everyone is a better approach and it is co-operation at its best. However titled Co design because it is actually more than just cooperating it is designing the outcome together!

I believe we are moving away from the model of just being a consumer, because as time goes by we are more so co-designing what we as consumers partake in.

Yes it is a new system in a lot of organisations here in particular the Hospital and government organisations and some businesses. It is gaining a lot of attention here in Australia as a way to get better ideas for providing communities needs like health care.

Absolutely it is a move it the right direction I think, it still in it's infancy for a lot of staff to take on new approaches when dealing with their clients, more considerate not just so much a number.

In the medical profession, we are now coming away from the concept where the professionals make all of the decision
Now in our consultations, we are asking patients to give their views on our thoughts about their conditions prior to us making any decisions on patient care.
Patient input is now more valuable than before. It is now a joint decision that enable patients to feel that they have now more of a control in their health care

Yes it is interesting the roles of the professionals consulting more the patient on their care plan.
I am glad it is coming around to a shared responsibility.

It really is . When patients have a more invested interest in their care, the results are more positive.
So we are moving away from the dictatorship approach to a more shared responsibility approach.
For sure I think people have an intuition of what is happening to their bodies and need to be allowed to share their feelings and evidence of self awareness. But also people need to accept offers of professional past experiences and specialized education.

But when patients know that their feelings and thoughts are also taken into consideration, we have found that their compliance to adhere to both the medical diagnosis and care is greater and thereby providing an improved and increased outcome for all
