From One Newbie To Another
Today marks my first full week as a premium Wealthy Affiliate member. And I am having a blast.
I must say it has been a bit of a bumpy ride. I started three websites, the first two were erroneous and kept giving me problems. As you can imagine this was incredibly frustrating, however I told myself I won't give up.
I bought another domain, deleted the other two sites and started afresh. I am currently on lesson 6 of course 1 of the WA bootcamp.
This is what my site currently looks like and I am proud of what I have achieved:
The three important lessons I have learnt so far and would pass them on to people starting with Wealthy Affiliate are:
1. Patience. You are not going to build an authority site over night, work at it and be realistic with you goals
2. Persistence. You will end up in a dead-end at some point or another, don't panic, don't give up. Simply ask the community for help or search for lessons on the problem you have.
3. Progress. Always work on your business EVERYDAY no matter what, even if you only type 100 words of content or read an article pertaining to your niche. 1% progress made in the right direction is always better than stagnation
