Do You Have A Study Schedule Here at Wealthy Affiliate?

I find it interesting to see that some people seem to spend lots of time here and others little. It got me thinking about the days when I attended a brick-and-mortar university, where my schedule was much more strict.

Having been a member since September 2013, it took me quite some time to get my head around this - a work in progress, no doubt. Only in the past month or so have I found a groove I'm happy with, but gee I spend a lot of time on the computer!!

I don't have a strict time schedule as such. It's simply not how I operate. However, I've found that I only write one post every 2-3 days because it takes me so much time to find the photos to match - remembering that my blog is my memoirs.

I'm also taking the time to read and reply to WA blog posts, but only if I'm moved to. I used to put everything into a "come back to it later" file, but then never came back to it, as it all snowballs!! So I now take action - if I am moved to. The greater our network, the more WA blogs and training we could possibly do. None of us have 100 hours in a day. Finding a balance is the challenge, let alone opening the flood gates to the cash, and we each need to find our own way of doing that so it suits our own individual needs.

I have no doubt that what we're doing here works - if we continue to take at least baby steps towards our goals every single day.

Do you have a daily or weekly study schedule here at WA?

No I don't, well I do but I'm not very good at keeping to it. It's a work in progress.

I try to condense my WA writing and responses into set times slots, and ensure that I get as much done as possible. Creativity is easier first thing in the morning, or researched in the evenings.
I also try to "eat the frog" first- do the thing I least want to do.
Thereafter, aims such as writing x number of posts per week come into play.
I also tend to go over things in my mind when I am out running...
We are all different, I guess!

i'm currently still waiting for google approve my site so I can finish my lesson's on getting my site up and running!

I use to have a schedule, 4 hours a day on training and working on my site. Now more or less.

Theses couple of days I've spent most of my time creating on my website. Adding at least a page and a post a day. Since i'm working on tutorials it takes time to build, like your memoirs Sibylle.

Also, I'm getting familiar with social networks, like Facebook, Pinterest and Google +.

I try to at least read twice a day my emails. I answer to the one I truly have something to say not only because of that ranking. And I try to help the ones I can.

Me, I live day by day. I have a sheet on the things I have to do (posts or pages ideas) and I choose what I feel to do that day. I go with my heart and it is easier to work on.

Don't I get to take as long as you took?LOL! Thanks, we learn from you and get ahead. Sweet

Lol!!!

I don't really have a schedule. I try to read others blogs and respond while at work during the day in my phone. If I have time at work I will try to write a post for my website. Then depending on how I feel after work I try to do some work at night after I put my daughter to bed. This last week has been rough though so I didn't get much work done.

Sib, I don't have a schedule but I try to stay connected throughout the day.

Ade

Nope, no schedule, Just most waking hours! All of my chosing.

Hi Lady... How are you? And to answer your question Yes i incorporate my office job to reflect my real business which is this one. So that means when one of my assistants come knocking on my door I tell them Im busy and take or hold all calls. ;) lol... It kinda like do a little bit of that job, do a little bit of this. At the end of the day both get somewhat competed and were all happy.

I've only been a member for a week, and still haven't finished putting my site together. I was expecting to put a lot more time into this than I have been able to because by the time I get home from work I am exhausted. I think if possible a schedule for working on my site would be beneficial.
