Work hard now and reap the rewards later
I have only been here for 3 months and for the last 20 years I have been a scaffolder in the construction industry which if anybody knows what that is they will know how hard work it can be!
In the summer it's ok but working all day in the sun (when we get any in wales) lifting heavy tubes and boards can be draining, and the winter I would be wrapped up like joey in the episode of friends when he is wearing all of chandlers clothes and can't feel my feet or fingers.
After doing that for so long I thought I would take it easy, little did I know how hard I would be working here!
Building a website and a future for my family is not an easy ride but it's one I am willing to take to make it to where the people who are within WA that I admire and look up to. I look at them and how successful they have become and I want a piece of that!
I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH FROM INDIVIDUALS HERE AND I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH......YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ;)
I WILL make it, I WILL succeed and more importantly......I WILL make a better life for myself and my family and make some great friends along the way.
So even though it may be hard now it will hopefully get easier and I will reap the rewards of my lost blood sweat and tears.... Oh and my worn down fingers from tapping on this tablet screen 😂
Cheers for everything
Matthew

Mathew I want you to have a peace of mind. My cousin once was a scarfolder and I understand how hard it was for him. Rain or shine hot and cold weather alike. Thanks hat you are here. Hope you enjoy training and the helpful community of WA. Good luck
