Sometimes You Just Got To Laugh
Laughter is a medicine for the soul. In Proverbs 17:22 we are stressed that it isn't just a medicine, but a good medicine.
I want to encourage you today to shake off the heavy load you are carrying. If, you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, shake it off with laughter. I know this may sound a bit bizarre, but start laughing.
Literally, start making yourself laugh. You may not feel like doing it, but make yourself. There is something that happens in your laughter.
When you feel like you just can't take anymore, let your laughter break that stronghold.
On the count of three let's laugh together.
ONE...TWO...THREE.....LAUGH & LAUGH SOME MORE!!!!
All Smiles,
Shane

I have tried this before and can't do it myself but if I see someone laughing first then I find that I can laugh at them laughing and then it carries on. I totally agree with you Shane that laughter is a great medicine and costs you absolutely nothing at all.
I think I will need this today at some point. As the saying goes as well "If you don't laugh you will cry", better to laugh than cry don't you think. xxx
I do enjoy reading your posts. Very inspirational. While I haven't yet laughed out loud, it did bring a smile to my face.
With Grace and Gratitude

Hi! Good morning, Shane. Mindfully laughing at self is therapeutic to reinforce that everything we do, at the beginning and at the end, is always for ourselves, not anyone else. Why? Because any action was driven by the sense of need, i.e, what is good for me, and the contents of need always consists of some kinds of visible and/or invisible valuable. That is why everyone would answer the question of "If you did not do that at the time and location under the circumstance, how and what would you feel, even though you said you did that for God, for family, for others?" with "I would feel right and even guilt if I did not do it then." So, mindful laughing + knowing of life is a process of self-service are a big dose of great medicine for self-control of proactive living.
Best to Happy Holidays 2017,
James
