Walmart is offering a special comission rate for new affiliates that sign up between August 1, 2014 to October 31. 2014.They are offering new affiliates commissions as high as 8% in some categories. They also have created a wordpress plugin.

Do you know how long new affiliates wiil receive the 8% or 4% com rate before it converts back to the lower rates? Or will it always be the higher rate for the term of your agreement if you sign up before oct 31?
