Totally your choice. You can keep it where it is or transfer it to WA. If it has content, you may call upon support for instructions on the bow to

Or purchase a new one - however, if the old one resonates with you, I'd continue it... Just my personal opinion.
You will not lose the theme; you can use it on multiple sites.
Once you host a premium domain here, you will have a pro email to go with it.

If you bought the newspaper theme then that’s yours to use on any site you like.
Now that you’re backed with WA’s training it would probably be easiest for you to start fresh creating a new site right here at WA. You can use the newspaper theme on this new site if you wish and start building it out bringing your vision to life :)
I think i'll start afresh - Im on Class 4 and then went and did. KW research in-depth!!! Perfectionism is definitely a damper to enthusiasm and slows you down. Thanks for quick response.
Starting fresh with new eyes is actually a great feeling, I speak from experience. You’ll suddenly feel the difference and wish you had found WA even sooner. It’s an exciting time! Best of luck to you!

or hoe many words per article or how many articles/topics within niche considered ready for publishing
and
is it better to lay out your article in Notes before inputting
I do the same thing Phil does.
To answer your first question - how many words per article or how many articles/topics within niche considered ready for publishing
This all depends on you and your niche. There is no certain number of words per article. But, for SEO purposes, the longer the better. As long as the article explains the topic well, and answers any question pertaining to the topic then you should be okay. Good rule of them - that I use is if its a competitve niche then you're going to most likely need an in depth article (meaning many words).
Second question - is it better to lay out your article in Notes before inputting on WordPress or input directly into WordPress Theme
I do find it easier to lay out notes in Google docs...because, there has been times where I lost the entire article and that was a huge headache. So, now I make it a habit to always write it in Google docs. From there you can either paste it into WordPress or Utilize Site Content. And the only reason, I use sitecontent sometimes, is because, it'll send you an email notification when that article gets indexed. But again, that is just what I do and you can choose the way that suites you best.
At the end of the day I publish every article right away because, it can take a while for Google to learn that those articles even exist on your website, especially if its a competitive niche.
Hope this helps...
One post at a time when you are ready to publish.
You may use Site Content or directly edit in WordPress; your choice.
If you use other editors, it is wise to plain paste so that it does not carry any code with it.
I create my articles directly in WordPress and publish each article as soon as it's completed. Then I submit it for indexing through GSC and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Hi Sharn,
Choose your niche well, good domain name, write posts, and as for the announcement, you can immediately.
I think you should not rush and you should follow the lessons in order and apply what you learn. In the lessons, it is well explained what and how to do it, step by step. Getting Rolling! That's my advice.
If you have any doubts, feel free to write or ask a question on the platform.
Someone will always answer and help.
Good luck! 👋
