Slightly Frustrated!
I am having an extremely difficult time naming my domain/website. I have read it should be simple and easy for others to remember-and also be included in the name of the website. I am so eager to start building it but I feel like I have writer's block-like I can't move forward until I choose a name for the website/domain!!!! I have plenty of content and ready to write.
I just can't name it!!!!

My degree is in Respiratory Therapy. I tried (and failed) to get a job with insurance/hospitals to reach out to recently discharged patients that were admitted with COPD/Asthma exacerbations.
My Niche-or topic- is educating the general population/patients/students about the disease process and how to live a better quality of life using complementary/integrative approaches.
i.e. acupuncture/tai chi, food and nutrition, etc, and to also give advice to newly diagnosed patients of these diseases as to what types of questions they should ask their provider, and also what to expect when admitted to the hospital for an exacerbation-becaue it will happen.
Frankly, naming the website was one of the more difficult tasks in getting started. What is your niche? Ask for help from your friends and members of this community.
I am really going to show my lack of creativity, but here it goes:
It seems like many may search on COPD. How about:
COPDsolutions.com (maybe an .org extension)
With your topic I might move toward a .org extension and maybe even establish an organization(Non-profit -- does not mean you can not make an income) with free membership.
How about CopingwithCOPD.com

I like this, simple and to the point of the website. I will follow this/play with this. I am not too familiar with the .org extensions.
It would be wise to check your name against keywords as well. Good luck to you. .Org extensions are usually associated with non-profit or more non-business organizations (schools...etc).
