Yes, you'll need to add your new site to your Webmaster Tools account. You will probably need to verify your new website as well.

Do we have to signup with Namecheap.com after choose a domain?
Hi leoemery,i already pick my domain but in the process of registering there is no section for DNS server setting?there website in the lesson seem so different with the Namecheap website that i go..i am sure i type the spelling right.
Go to namecheap and follow their directions for registering your domain, then set the DNS settings to the ones posted under the websites and hosting tab on the WA website.
Here is training on setting the DNS settings:

When you buy a domain name from namecheap.com you will be creating an account with them at the same time.
This allows you access to your domain name for things like DNS transfers and such
