The comments boxes are on the bottem of each of my web pages and I would like to remove them. How do I go about this
Before you do this, remember that Google takes comments into account when ranking. Turning them off could see you fall way behind.
Settings - Discussion, you'll find the settings there. Some themes have extra options in the theme option settings. :)
There is an option at the bottom of each post whether you will allow comments or not. If you cant see this option then you need to look at the top of your screen and select "screen options" and select the discussion box. This will give you the option to select comments on or off at the bottom of each post.

go to the pages, choose "quick edit" and then remove the mark from the field "allow comments"
