3 Daily Tasks - 7 Days - Zero to Hero.

My ongoing study found a file of Dr. Joe Dispenza being asked if he were to provide a program over 7 days and suggest up to a maximum of 3 things that were done daily, that would make a big difference in our lives, what would it be.

3 daily things over the next 7 days that will make a difference in your life.

Everybody has lost their free will. They do the same thing very morning. Coffee, text, email, social media, go to work. The challenge is to think differently. Eliminate things.

1.) Every morning ask the question, “What is the greatest ideal of myself I can be today?”

Then lead with “Body I’m the mind today and I will feed you. This is my time and you're going to obey me.” Only do what the mind wants to do, not the body. The body is the old Self. Write down fourthoughts I'm going to be conscious of all day. Such as:

  • How will I act?
  • How will I speak?
  • Will I feel sorry for myself?
  • What emotions will I live by? Do I blame, complain, and make excuses. Don’t.
  • What behaviors will I demonstrate today?
  • What choices will I demonstrate today?

Don't let your energy level drop. Be conscious of the state of your mind and body. What thoughts do you want to fire and wire into your brain. Start feeling it.

Start thinking and acting. Teach your body emotionally what your future is going to feel like before it makes manifest. Don't get up until you feel that way. Practice, practice, practice.

2.) At the end of each day give thanks for your life. For your gratitude feel what your body feels like. You are getting something, or receiving. Say, thank you. Gratitude is the ultimate state of receiving. Feel the receiving with all your heart right down into your body.

3.) Take time whenever during the day. Close your eyes and feel the awareness. Give yourself 10 minutes.

This is an excellent exercise to take on. Taking positive action on a conscious level should bring about positive results.

Coffee is a MUST! I get discombobulated if I don't have my coffee 1st thing! My mind AND body agree on that. :-)
