It's Time to Panic
Ironically, as soon as I signed up with Wealthy Affiliate to help me GROW my existing affiliate marketing revenue stream....
....my affiliate revenue tanked.
I usually average about $100/week. Which is awesome. And it's very consistent.
Sure I have days without a sale, but not more than 2 or 3.
But as I'm getting all jazzed up with my new WA knowledge and community, building my new site - www.passiveincomeontheside.com - guess what?!
I went 6 days (from Feb 19 to Feb 25) without making a sale.
Traffic was still happening. Just no conversions!
I panicked.
I even emailed the affiliate manager for one of my products I promote and asked him to look into it to see if something was "broken".
But it's FINE...
I was soooo relieved when I got this transaction on the evening of the 25th.
And then these shortly in the next couple of days...
Lesson?
It is good to check your stats every once in a while. If your traffic takes a nose dive or your income dries up, it's good to look into it to see what happened.
But I tend to check my stats WAY TOO OFTEN.
And it caused me to needlessly panic.
Stop it.
Get back to building your business instead of counting your money.
Have a great day everyone!
Hope you made some sales today. :)

Any idea why there were those 6 unproductive days? A fluke? Or just a dry spell that soon turned into a gusher?
Just curious!

I have no idea. Traffic was still steady to the companies I promoted. They just were not converting on their end for some reason. Same landing pages so.... ??
My last, and first, newbie pay was .50 cents.. but you know what, I was so excited! I’ll keep on keeping on until I see the results.. I have faith and time! :)
