Goals! Goals! Goals!
What are you supposed to do today that you keep putting off? Do you have a schedule of the tasks that you need to accomplish each day? In fact, we must realize that time is money - well not quite - you can always make money, but you can't get back time once you spend it!
SO, make every second, minute and hour count! We all get 24 hours in a day...will you spend it wisely?

I visited my WorkFlowy list of things "To Do" earlier this morning.
It's all too easy (at least for me) to spend too much time on non-productive tasks and as you stated - time lost is never regained!
