Referrals My Way
Hi Affiliates
The aspect I dislike most about marketing - any kind of marketing - is having to introduce an individual or group to a product or service face to face or even by email. It's always like you are trying to sell them something. And that is what it is, isn't it? Trying to get the required buy-in so you can make some money.
With online marketing it is different - everything happens passively, 'on the computer', and you don't really have to say anything out loud. This can definitely work for me.
Until the lesson where Kyle tasked me with referring WA to three (3) persons. Oh dear, here were go again, trying to 'sell' something to someone who may have no interest in buying. So I put the task off for a couple weeks. But every time I checked my tasks, I see a tick missing from 'refer 3 persons to WA'. Not a good feeling.
So I figured it's only 3 persons - go ahead and choose 3 nice persons, who will turn you down gently. Family and close friends. I chose three, and out of those guess, how many bought into WA. ALL 3. Wow! One has gone premium and the other two have indicated that they will shortly.
Now I have pages of persons who I will refer to WA. I don't expect every one of them to sign up, nor do I expect those who do sign up, to do it right away. But by golly, I am planting the seeds and will patiently look forward to reaping the rewards later.
Have a wonderful and productive time y'all.

I am the same way when it comes to sales. I hate having to "pitch" something to someone to buy it. That's great you started off with getting your referrals pretty easily. That says you are a very trustworthy person ")
Well done Rosita, I am not much of a salesperson, but that is the business we are in. It is a soft sales, but necessary.
