While I am Working Around The Clock I Know Something Big Will Happen!
The year has changed into December and Christmas is soon upon us. What is the status as the last month of the year has begun? Well, not much of revenue to relate to, but if revenue can be counted in terms of new knowledge and increase in acquired competence in an entirely new field, it has been a success beyond words. While I am working around the clock, I know something big will happen!
Going Into High Gear of Learning
The last six weeks have been a period of intense learning of new skills and knowledge in digital marketing. I have gone full out learning the clockworks of marketing with funnels. The first part of it was a 15-day business builder challenge which quickly entered into a 30-day challenge with a deep dive into creating funnels and the "dirty work" behind a successful funnel. I finally completed the 30-day challenge today, with a final bonus "mission". I will not go into details in this post, but will sum my learning from this in a soon to be published tutorial.

Personal Insight and Development with Hard to Admit Blocking Points
I got a big surprise and revelation about myself during the last six weeks. I was challenged to look inside, deep inside, and find what was holding me back, if there were any blocking points at all, in order to reach my goals in relation to digital marketing.
It was so mind-blowing, suddenly realizing and admitting to myself why I haven´t managed to go full out regarding my goals. It was like a mountain crumbling down to the ground, and an avalanche of emotions welling up.
My blocking points has been fear, fear of failure to my family of the possibility of not being able to care for them, their safety and well being. I am a providing for them, so there is no imminent reality to the fear I experienced. It is, in other words, self-imposed fear!
Reaching this insight of who I am and my blocking points has done wonders. I am not procrastinating anymore, and now clearly what I have to do and where I have to go to succeed in what I am doing at the moment.
Energy, Resolve and Firm Commitment
The two different challenges has made me grow as a person; they have contributed to the solidification of the skills WA teaches us through the training and the classes available. I have connected with new people and gotten new ideas for my own business as well.
The challenges resulted in short nights and very long days, but it was worth every minute and was a contribution into my asset column, which in turn will generate more traction during the year to come.
I have renewed energy, my resolve is even stronger, and the commitment to my goals and journey is as steadfast as it has ever been.
I urge you to look into yourself and admit to what is holding you back you are in for a surprise when that revelation appears!

Roy, such a timely blog post for me.
I went through something similar in September to October and after pushing through, I started to see a sudden burst of success.
Like you, fear was holding me back but not fear of failure.
It was actually a fear of success and being judged in my home environment.
We are still very traditional when it comes to work and for someone like me, working online is been as a cop-out almost.
As you said, it is great to push past that, know it, own it and then, step up!
So, here I am.
REALLY excited about 2021 and more than happy to promote a different way of living.

Yes you can do this Roy! I heard your podcast and it was great! It is important to find out what is holding us back. Fear in different forms is often the case with most of us. I am also into deep learning at the moment. I do not stress and try to build a good foundation.

Getting what´s holding me back off my shoulders has finally made me lower them. The stress factor is almost non-existent at the moment. Looking back on what I have achieved the last year, I see that I have a foundation that will be set firmly during the course of next year.
