Optimal Posting Times on Pinterest
Do you know that it is not unimportant when you publish your pins on Pinterest? For that matter, the same applies to other social media platforms and creativity platforms.
Try to post your pins or posts during the optimal itime interval, during one day, and you will see an increase in impressions on your posts and pins.
Recommended Time to Publish Your Content
NB! All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Pinterest:- Day: Saturday and Sunday
- Time: Between 8-11pm and 2-4pm
- Instagram:
- Day: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Time: 9 am to 6 pm
- Facebook:
- Day: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Time: Between 6-8 am and 2-5 pm
- Twitter:
- Day: Wednesday
- Time: Between 1 -3 pm
- Linkedin:
- Day: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Time: 7-8:30 am and 5-6 pm
Summary
Try to publish your quality content adapted to the relevant social media or creative media platform within the optimal period of time. You will see an increase in the number of impressions.
The increase in impression will result in an increased number of actions on your social media, which in turn will increase the chance of conversions into traffic to your website or products.
But remember, know the platform you are posting to, and the rules for posting. Further, make sure to post or pin quality content.

1) What is the maximum number of pins can we post on a
a) board in one day using different URLs?
b) board in one day using the same URL?
c) On Pinterest in general per day?
2) Can we use the same images say on Pinterest and post them on Twitter and/or Linkedin?
3) What is the maximum number of Tweets can we tweet on Twitter? I remember Kyle told us 1 per day, I did three in a single day and my first twitter account was suspended. But I see many people twitting more than 3 in a day but aren't penalized

Pinterest recommends not more than 5 pins a day to different boards. You can post them on Twitter, but both Twitter and Pinterest prefer Fresh content. You get more views. You can tweet more than 1 a day, but not too many. I think 1 or 2 is good. And do some retweets of others posts too.

This is awesome, thank you! I've heard a lot of different time variations but this one aligns best with what I try to do. I had actually never heard of a recommendation for timing on Pinterest! :)
Very true Roy! The publishing times are important. Thank you for sharing. Must be better on keeping the right times. Luckily I have a scheduler that picks the best times for me.
