My Pinterest Account got suspended - Back in Business!
Welcome to episode number 3 in the Pinterest suspension series. This is the final episode for the time being.
I woke up this morning and as usual I went through my email with a nice cup of green coffee (yes, green 😄). In my email Inbox I saw to my pleasure that supoosedly, Pinterest had reactivated my account for my coffee, beer and gadgets niche. I popped over to Pinterest and tried to log in, and I could happily conclude that I was in business again.
Three days waiting for problem to be solved
It took Pinterest 3 days to solve my problem. From discovering the issue and sending them a support ticket, it took the company about 30 hours. And as you know form the second post in this series, even if Pinterest said the problem was solved, I could still not log in, getting the same error message.
When the second supporticket was sent, it took Pinterest about 16 hours to respond and fix the problem.
Some Final Thoughts
The social media platforms have a huge member database and there is a limit to have many employees that work for these companies who owns the media platforms. The automation system of the social media platforms has to work through a huge database, and I understand that this can take some time.
What is not ok, is that the bots that search our websites and aother channels we use for relevant content and good behaviour has algoritms that may not be good enough to differentiate the differetn behaviours people have on the Net.
I am not dependeing on socila media for my business. But they can be of enormous leverage if you use these resources in the right manner, ref Jay´s webinars and Kyles lessons on the topic.
My arsenal for doing good as an digital entrepreneur is my content. I need to be buliding quality content consintently on my websites. But, I have also registered on several social media platforms, with the intent to reach out to as many Internet users as possible.
have a great weekend!

Glad to hear it, Roy, but I'm still not a big fan of social media!
Jeff
It is quite ok actually . I have seen a bounce in visitors to my coffee and beer niche during today. I have used both facebook, Instagram and Piinterest.

I'll eventually get off the fence, Roy!
