How to Get Views & Subscribers EASILY? (Quality vs Quantity)
Replying to Andre's great comment:

PS. My video above is also an example that an "expensive equipment" doesn't guarantee good quality. Even though you probably wouldn't believe it, I was using a microphone that cost me around $500 and a phone that cost me over $2,500 to record that video. Still the audio and video quality were not so good proving a point that equipment doesn't matter so much on YouTube.
PPS. Below is a link to my full 52-minute class where I go through how to gather interesting subjects and targeted keywords to get results on YouTube:

I just watched this, Roope--thanks. I am becoming more and more intrigued with YouTube videos...going to watch your 52-minute class now,
Thanks Joe! I'm sure you'll find the class also helpful for finding topics & keywords for YouTube videos

Thank you for another great video/blog post, Roope; it's always appreciated.
One of my YouTube channels is a news/Christian channel, the views are very erratic, but some of the views are also very good. I think the problem with a news type channel is that the content isn't long lasting and YouTube does not particularly like Christian or news channels, as it doesn't always suit the narrative.
On another channel, I do find that my "How to" videos work quite well, I guess that's because I'm helping people, as you mentioned.
I like what my acquaintance Sean says, who teaches YouTube, "just press record" or "start messy"! We have to start somewhere and we are better off to take action than to do nothing at all!
I I definitely agree with you big time about the equipment, Roope. Most of us have almost all the equipment we need, especially with smart phones. Although, I normally create my videos on my PC, I only have a fairly standard headset and WebCam. Sometimes having good equipment, can be an excuse to do nothing!
I agree with you, Roope, I find it easier and quicker to create a YouTube video then I do a blog post. Having said that, my videos are not fancy videos! Sometimes I edit them and sometimes they are just raw! I normally try to embed my video into a blog post.
My only question mark is if YouTube or any other platform decides to take you down for no reason, obviously, I sincerely hope this never happens. I think this is more likely on channels like my news/Christian channel rather than an Internet marketing channel.
I think the biggest problem with my YouTube channels is the fact that my publishing is a bit erratic. Sometimes my off-line business can be quite busy, which limits the time I have to create content etc. I do sometimes schedule videos, however I need to be a bit more organised on this front.
Have a great weekend and thank you for your insights.
Roy
Thanks for sharing Roy!
Yeah, I think having banned by YouTube is a fear for most YouTubers. That's why I think it's important to build backup plans such as an email list, Rumble channel, Telegram channel, etc.
Consistent publishing is a key to success.
It's a pleasure, Roope! I appreciate your practical advice.
Yes, I believe building backup plans is a great idea.
You have very much proved that consistent publishing and blogging and video are the keys to success
Have a great day.
