Just a heads up to anyone who has a type A personality! You know...perfectionism, intense need to succeed, relaxing is unnatural, and the everything is urgent type of a mindset. I use the term "type A" lightly since anyone can be driven or intense when it comes to engaging in something they love.
Anxiousness has a way of barging in and driving us, especially if there is a high level of excitement and we want success RIGHT NOW! or sooner than later. Information overload and trying to leap over steps or ahead of training video's might be tempting. As you step forward and approach the next course you might notice that you've already dabbled into things that others suggested, after a critique for example. It is OK to review past trainings, as a refresher, since it is easy to overlook or not remember the incredible amount of learning content there is.
As someone who is not at the second course, after 5 weeks, I reviewed this initial training (below) from Kyle and was amazed at how much more clear it sounded. I relearned some things I thought I knew. Stopping and reviewing helped me to see how easy it is to miss information but also helped me to solidify concepts that have past by.
