Evidence Of Success On Website

It is true that if you persevere, you will eventually succeed. I do not grow my website as fast as I should, but I do not give up. I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for over a year now and have tried affiliate marketing for some time before that, but with no success. There has been no income and increasing my traffic has been slow. But I do not give up.

My site health details reveals that I do not publish frequently enough and thereby also have a low rating on visitor engagement. Although I have had personal problems of my own, it still shows a need for improvement. My personal problems was that I was in the hospital from a heart attach and then concentrated on my health rather than the health of my website.

Another weakness reflected in my site health was that I had too many plugins. It seems that I needed more that what is suggested by Wealthy Affiliate. I will have to take up this after solving my other site health problems by redoing my website with a different theme that may incorporate some of the features that I am currently using for my website with plugins. It is great that WA provides this kind of analysis of the website to assist me.

I haven’t even finished my certification course yet, although I am halfway through the last course, Course 5. I need to finish this course and fix the problems of my website.

You may wonder why I said that you would succeed if you persevere at the beginning of this blog and then talking about shortcomings. Well, when I returned to my site to review it, I found that I was still getting a bit of traffic and the biggest surprise was that I received income from an affiliate network. It was only $15, but it was progress. Imagine how much more that this may become when I get my site health up. This becomes a great motivation to continue.

If I had given up and closed my site after my first year with WA, I would have missed this opportunity. I could have used the excuse that I wasn’t making any money and that my health was poor and thereby justifying my surrender, but I chose to fight on. Do not give up and success will come.
