Climbing the WA ladder
Woohoo! I'm in the top 31,000 on WA. Just 30,900 positions to climb to Top 100 status. So, where am I at? 8,712 words written and published in 15 articles. Site content at 100% for everything except Site Feedback and Site Trust. Hoping to build the latter now that I've sorted out my sitemap on Google. Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest accounts all set up.
No time to rest on laurels, though. I've started an article which is looking like it'll end up at about 6,000 words. As it's a sort of travel review it can be split up, so what's the wisdom here? One big article or three smaller ones?
Thank you to all who've responded to my various requests for help so far. It truly has been a worldwide response too. It seems WA is the Heineken of affiliate programs - it reaches the parts others cannot reach. (If you watched British TV adverts in the early 80s, you'll get the last reference. If you don't, YouTube is your friend.)

Well done! Just to let you know that Site Trust is based solely on the age of your site. You can't speed up the process. It goes up by 10% every month. It's pretty meaningless really.

Thanks for the great post , did you every receive a reply regarding if one 6k post or three smaller ones are more beneficial, I note 8.7works and 15 post are less than the recommendation of 1000 words - would you say I’m working too hard to achieve this cut off point ?
Hello Brian. I didn't get a response to that particular question - and I haven't finished that particular article yet, either. As for the 1,000 words, I agree with the general view that it's a good aiming point. But, I don't treat it as set in stone. If you've written 900 great words and said what you want to say, I wouldn't add 'padding' just to make it up to a magic number.
Cheers Robert for the reply ill stop worrying so much about the golden 1000 figure
