A Star is Gone - A Tribute to Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin Queen of Soul and Gospel has left this arena. Saddly missed by her fans myself included. She was an American singer and pianist. She began her career as a child singing gospel in Detroit Michigan.
Her songs like Respect, Chain of Fools and my most favourite -You make me feel like a natural woman had a great impact on my taste for soul music in my youth. She was a national treasure.
No! I lie, She was a Global Treasure. When she sang she sang for everyone. I have a love for all kinds of musical genre and Artetha Franklin's music has enriched my life, She has shaped my interest in Soul Music.
Soul Music is a yearning, a longing and searching. Aretha knew how to convey that with her dulcet tones when she sang. Her voice stirred up emotion and power - you felt empowered when you listened to her sing.
What contribution are you going to make and how will you be remembered?
Don't Die With Your Music Still In You - Poem by Trina Graves
You came here with a message
You came here with a plan
Somehow you would contribute
To elevate your fellow man
Everyone of us is unique
No two are ever the same
Your exclusive inner calling
Is your Souls indelible aim…
Music touches everyone's Soul
In so many different ways
Relaxing, enlivening, provoking thoughts
Bringing emotions to everyone's days
If composing or playing music
Is what you came here to do
Share your passion with the world
Don't Die With Your Music Still In You [...]
