At The Starting Line ... Again
I only have an hour or two per day to work on this, so discipline is key. Thank you, Wealthy Affiliate, for the education and inspiration. Reading people's stories tells me this can work. Time to get this snowball rolling.

I just posted this quotes for my members, but sounds like you could use it as well...
“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” – Confucius
Big projects can certainly be intimidating, but wow, how great will it be when it all starts coming together? You got this!!!
Thanks for the encouragement and quote. I launched a site a year ago in a fairly crowded niche and spent four months building it. I got it to rank very well, but it is not monetizing much because it was more of an info site and less of a site people would go to when they are looking to drop a lead or make a purchase.
As long as you're taking one positive step towards your goals each day that hour or two per day will take where you want to go.
All the best,
Leo
Thanks Leo. That's the plan. I just need to be smart about how I use that time. That's where following people like you and others in the community comes in.
Great to hear that you are starting a new site for a new Niche! Google will not take long to find your site especially if you are adding content to it regularly. The key to consistent earnings is traffic, and the path to traffic is focusing on your audience. Write your content with your audience in mind, not Google or the other search engines. If you can spend an hour or two a day you'll have a 50+ page site very quickly and you'll be picking up new rankings for new keywords daily.
I'm here to help if you need anything along the way!

Thanks Carson. That's what is happening with a site I launched a year ago. It's just too bad I did not understand how to both give to the audience and use keywords that people who are about to make a purchase use to search. As a result, I have a nice-ranking info site that is not really monetizing.
