Find Your North Star
Limitations are Opportunities
Limitations often appear as obstacles preventing you from moving forward.
But if you look closer, you'll find that they are the very things that keep you inside a loop, bounded by invisible walls (Leon of LifeHack). Learning to control how you look at things is a secret weapon to turning limitations into opportunities.
How to find your "North Star" to Move Forward
Polaris, known as the North Star, isn't the brightest star in the sky, but it's usually easy to spot. If you're in the Northern Hemisphere, it helps you orient yourself and find your way. It is located in the direction of true north (aka geographic north).
Finding your north star helps you live with purpose, and gives you a reference point to keep moving in the right direction. Simply put, your true North is your purpose, ambition and is the reason why you joined Wealthy Affiliate in the first place.
Your True North is Life-Changing
Change is not a one-time event. It happens over time because it is a process. You may come in like me, knowing absolutely NOTHING - zip, zilch, nada about affiliate marketing. That was 1 and a 1/2 years ago. Now I am an Ambassador? What?
Trust the Process
The more we understand the process, the more we can empathize, support, and be compassionate with ourselves and with others going through the learning process. Finding your True North is a learning curve.
Happy Wednesday
Rachele

Hi there, JD, my friend.
How's Texas? My hairdresser lives in Houston. She now has her own beauty school and runs a thriving business. She's on a world tour right now. She is super successful; an amazing go-getter millennial with the cutest son, Zion.
She just left Thailand, heading to China, Japan, and beyond. Her career started as a hospital social worker. Don't mess with Texas girls. She shoots from the hip.

Hi there, Jeff.
What's up? Thanks for the compliment. I wrote this post sometime ago. I am trying to send 1 post per day. Hope I can keep up the momentum.
I started a newsletter that I have been abandoning, so I'll try to catch up with that project soon. I'm having a hiccup with my SEO so that needs to be addressed first.
I guess the more posts you load in, the slower the page speed. I only have 150 posts. This shouldn't do any collateral damage, right?
I may have a few 404s or I may have to recheck my links.
Have a great Thursday!
Rachele
I don't think that it should, Rachele! If it does, I would post a question to the Community at large!
Jeff
Great post, Rachele! ๐
Actually, โtrue northโ shifts continuously, and our magnetic poles flip occasionally.
Here are some fun facts from NASA:
The position of Earthโs magnetic north pole was first precisely located in 1831.
Since then, itโs gradually drifted north-northwest by more than 600 miles (1,100 kilometers), and its forward speed has increased from about 10 miles (16 kilometers) per year to about 34 miles (55 kilometers) per year.
Earthโs magnetic poles have reversed 183 times in the last 83 million years, and at least several hundred times in the past 160 million years.
The time intervals between reversals have fluctuated widely, but average about 300,000 years, with the last one taking place about 780,000 years ago.
These electromagnetic shifts have not significantly contributed to climate change.
Sorry for the aside. It's just my nature. Lol ๐

Wow! Nasa Scientist, Encyclopedia Information Specialist, Frank.
I love science data. My daughter, Michele, is a science enthusiast as well and we love our science facts. You see, when you marry a (nuclear physicist) nerd for 16 years, and your daughter is a science nerd, something has to rub off.
My ex, Bill worked at JPL in Pasadena, McDonald-Douglass in Long Beach and Boeing (747) for many years as a computer programmer, exploring the universe, inspecting aircraft. So, Michele (STEM student at UC San Diego) and I learned a lot from him. She and her ex-step-dad were good buddies.
So, I also, organically, inherited 2 bonus step daughters, Cindy and Lisa. We still keep in touch. Actually Cindy is in the Navy and she is on tour in Okinawa right now, married with three amazing kids. She married a Cuban so I now have Cubans (love this culture) on the family tree.
Although, Bill and I both remarried other people, of course, I am still kind of attached to Cindy and Lisa. They are both extremely bright like their dad. Pop question - Do you think this is the right thing to do in terms of being involved with my Ex's children? This wasn't planned. They still call me momma.
The sad part of this relationship is that their real mother, Jeannie, was killed by a drunk driver on her way to work (around 2000ish). She only weighed 90 pounds, so she was catapulted into the air and was killed instantly.
Anyways, I didn't mean to talk a leg off ya, but I am a motor mouth, both in person and on paper. Have a great day, my friend and rock on!!!
That's all I got for now, Mr. Isaac (lol).
p.s.
Will add this information to my science facts collection and send a copy to Michele (the science nerd) when she gets back into the states. Always happy to hear from Encyclopedia Britannica. Q. Did you know that the tectonic plates are also shifting?
Chao,
Rachele
Hi, Rachele
Youโve certainly led a fascinating life!
I think itโs great that youโre still involved with your exโs children.
Yes, I remember learning that the tectonic plates were once one super-continent (Pangea) and shifted apart.
Haha, the science is just something I do, but Iโm all about the music! ๐ถ๐

100% Human-generated. Wow.! This is something only super-humans can produce, hands down.
I can see a children's program in your future.
"The Musical Scientist" maybe on Netflix or Disney channels. This would be an overnight sensation.
Rock on!!
That's all I got right now.
Rachele
Haha, That reminds me of the"Professor Proton" episode of The Big Bang Theory. ๐

You're a quicker than lightning study, my medical musical friend.
Rachele

Racheleโค๏ธ
Yes, I have a productive day.
I am glad ๐shining.
Enjoy. Be good, Rachele.
Greetings,
Slavka ๐๐ผ
Absolutely, Slavka.
I spent time with Kylo, yesterday. His fraternal gramma takes him to the Samoan Christian Alliance Church to Sunday Day school. He is in good hands. He has an amazing, friendly attitude. His dad, Joey, says he is well-liked by the other toddlers.
Once he turns 4, he may stay with us because he is going to a private SDA school nearer to our home.
That's all I got right now.
Rachele
Hi Rachele.
It's going to take a lot of energy for Kylo.
It will be a big step for him and you.
Be well, my friend.
Greetings,
Slavka ๐๐ผ
Oh yeah, Kylo is the little man right now. Being brought up to be respectful and generous. Kids teach us so much.
His parents are grooming him to be an NFL star. Some Samoans are robust and husky. Kylo is already big for his age.
He learns empathy, compassion, kindness and integrity from people that will influence his life: his parents, grandparents, teachers, close family members, etc.
We all learn from people around us. The basic training starts at home. His affiliate marketing will start when the time is ripe. You know what I mean, Slavka.
Your BFF,
Rachele
Hi Rachele.
Yes, the best and most important training starts at home.
I know what you mean.
I ๐ฏ% totally agree.
Greetings,
BFF Slavka ๐๐๐
Hi there, my BFF Slavka.
That's why we are kindred spirits. You are very empathetic and you just get it. You are the real deal, no fluff. Genuine people are so rare these days.
What Up?
Rachele
Hi Rachele.
I currently work in an optician's shop.
When the shop isn't busy, I use the time to tour our WA community.
I greet you very much.
