It was likely a glitch in the stats bar, Mel! If you'll notice 138 rank was off-kilter leaving only the 13 with a partial 8 just outside the circle, but in the comments his badge said Top 200. How does this happen? Who knows, but there are always glitches somewhere, sometime, and everywhere in life! If everything was perfect, it would be boring!
Nevertheless, motivation was gained by Canty, and he is not that far away from the prize! I remember that it truly didn't take that long for most to get there after the top tiers were ented, just that it requires being active within the community!
