I have checked it ...It really can help...However, most of the long tail keywords it suggests are poor given their (av., Traffic, QSR) indexes in Jaaxy!
Rather, it can help one's content satisfy the Google crawling bots as writing according to keywords suggested by the tool helps detail comprehensively a given topic!
This is among the current ranking criteria by Google
